The first couple weeks of the session are very busy during the Afternoon Hours (3:15 to 7pm) and Saturday Mornings (9:15am to 12 noon) - Please bear with us as we do our best to handle everyone's questions, class changes, payments and store visits. We'll try to return all phone calls within 24 hours.

FAQ for the First Week -

When and Where is My Class? Check the emailed confirmation you received in the last week. Make sure the person bringing your dancer to class knows where to go and when your dancer's class ends - Ages 4 and under classes are 45 minutes long. Don't forget, the entrance to the East building is from the back parking lot.

What should I wear to class? Make sure you have the correct shoes for the style of dance. Review RDC's Dress Code -

When is the best time to come to the studio if I don't want to wait in line? After 7pm in the evening the lobby clears out. We have a front desk at EACH location - East and Main.

When is tuition due and how can I pay? Tuition is billed and due on the 1st. A late fee will apply on the 16th of the month. Payments can be made at the studio or online. RDC accepts cash, checks or credit cards.

Review the monthly newsletter emailed the 1st of each month and stored on the Website - there is also a calendar on the website. Check out the Policy banners posted in each studio lobby.

Make sure to pick up your kids on time from class - Most classes end at 25 minutes after the hour -

If your dancer has a class in Studio C or D, for the safety of the dancer - parents please wait outside 5 minutes before the end of class - the alley is heavily traveled and can be dangerous.

If you signed up online - Don't forget to pick up your t-shirt at the front desk AND fill out a new Auto-debit form to avoid late charges and get a discount on tuition. This season's form is BLUE.

Label your dancer's shoes and get a dance bag to avoid losing shoes, jackets and water bottles.

Make sure we have your correct phone number and email address so you don't miss anything

If your child has a MONDAY class, you will receive a credit for Labor Day class based on RDC's Fees Policies.
