Office Closure:

Our office will be closed from 12/24-12/31 for the holidays. We will reopen on January 3, 2022. Please make sure to speak with your clinician and discuss plans for scheduling as well as an emergency contact during our office closure.

Celebrate with Us: Learn about our Favorite Traditions!

As we prepare for the holiday season and New Year, we wanted to share some of our favorite holiday traditions with you.

We hope to bring you and your family holiday cheer and maybe add some new ideas to your holiday season!

Living away from family is always hard for Dr. James.

However, every holiday season she spends time with her loved ones and gets the best hugs too

What's some advice she would give for the new year? Hug someone you love.

Live life on purpose.

Find a passion.

And always be brave.

What's Ms. Rachel's favorite tradition?

Christmas Eve dinner with my family.

Each year, Ms. Rachel eats at a restaurant with her parents and they celebrate her mom’s birthday (FUN FACT: her mother was born on Christmas day). Then she travels to her parents' home, and her mother sets the doorbell to ring with a holiday song that tells signals “Santa came early" so everyone can open one present before Christmas morning.

Ms. Donna just loves celebrating the holidays.

Christmas is a happy time for Ms. Donna. She and her family eat, laugh, reflect on the reason for the season, and have a good time. Her favorite part of this season is Kwanzaa. On New Year’s Eve or New Year’s Day, the family celebrates the 7^th Principle of Kwanzaa, which is Imani (Faith). During this tradition, she reflects on the past year and then discusses what she and her family want to accomplish for the upcoming year.

Did you know that Ms. West loves to play dress-up for the holiday?

Whether it's Christmas-themed pants, an ugly Christmas sweater, or holiday glam, dressing up has become one of Ms. West's favorite holiday traditions. No matter if she is at work or home, her style helps us all get ready for the holiday.

We can't wait to see Ms. West walk into the new year in style.

Yes, OUR DOORS ARE OPEN. For now, we are seeing clients in the office one day a week. However, things are evolving based on the state of Maryland COVID-19 infection rates.

If you desire an in-office appointment, please communicate with your clinician. Below are some additional things to remember:

1: You must still sign the COVID-19 waiver to be permitted into the office.

2: The waiting room is closed so clients are reminded to contact their clinician before heading up to the treatment room.

3: You must still take your temperature and attest to the COVID-19 safety statements before you will be allowed in a treatment room.

4: Proof of your vaccination status may be required to have a scheduled appointment.

2022 CLIENT PAPERWORK will be available in December.

Winter break and holiday time is coming! Please make sure to discuss with your clinician ways to communicate if TRUE EMERGENCIES arise when the office is closed on holidays.

We served over 300 clients this year
We were able to increase our low-cost service offerings by 50%
We added telemental health services
We provided non-perishable food items to over 3,000 families
We made community connections with other non-profit organizations

And we continue to expand so that we can better serve you.
