In celebration of the 50th Anniversary, SSCC has unveiled a special Christmas tree this year that honors the faculty, staff, and administrators who have shaped the institution over the past five decades.
On display in the Central Campus lobby, the commemorative tree is adorned with ornaments featuring photographs of employees, past and present, symbolizing the college’s deep appreciation for the people behind its success.
As the College reflects on 50 years of growth and achievement, this Christmas tree serves as a meaningful tribute to those who have contributed to the college’s story and rich history since its founding in 1975.
In addition to photos, the tree features gold decorations inspired by the college’s golden anniversary, as well as a large bow and streaming ribbon tree topper, which represents the warmth and classic elegance of the holiday season, as well as serving as a festive way to "wrap up" the year-long celebration.
Make sure to stop by before the holiday break to check it out, as well as the tree at the Brown Co. location, which is also decorated with handmade ornaments highlighting the College's different programs, classes, and services offered. Photos below!
