We hope this newsletter provides you with helpful information about our diverse and growing precinct. Vaccines at Fabens UMC Clinic
In order to ensure that residents throughout the County have access to the COVID vaccine, the UMC Fabens Clinic has begun contacting patients who are 75 years and older to inquire if they would like to register for the vaccine. Thank you to the dedicated staff of UMC who are working hard to make sure that seniors throughout the County have an opportunity to be vaccinated!
Fabens Satellite Office
Commissioner Holguin will have a satellite office located with the Roads and Bridges building in Fabens in order to better serve the residents of Fabens, Clint, Tornillo and San Eli. We will post the Fabens office hours once we have finished moving in. Thank you to all of the hardworking County employees in Fabens that work hard every day to maintain our county roads!
F.A.S.T.E.R. - Small Business Assistance
The County of El Paso has set aside $10 million in funds to help small businesses that are in need of financial help due to COVID.

A big thank you to the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce for being a leader in administering this very important El Paso County program. For more information on how to apply for FASTER funds, contact the Chamber at 915-566-4066 or our office at 915-546-2144.

Visiting Pct. #3 Businesses
Commissioner Holguin loves traveling throughout the precinct and visiting with small business owners and learning about their goods and services. In January, Commissioner Holguin visited with Lupe Ramirez of the Ramirez Pecan Farm, with local artists Romy Hawkins, Robert Dozal and Alberto Escamilla from San Elizario's Historic District, and stopped for world-famous azaderos from Licon Dairy and honey from Ceballos Honey.
