Merry Christmas!

Viva La Virgen de Guadalupe!

After not being able to hold the procession for two years due to the pandemic, this year's procession in honor of the Virgen de Guadalupe started at Our Lady of the Valley and ended at the Ysleta Mission. Thank you to everyone who worked so hard to organize and continue this beautiful Mission Valley tradition!

7th Annual Veterans Food Drive

A very special thank you to everyone who donated canned goods to this year’s food drive for veterans organized by the El Paso Veterans and Riders Association and the 3rd Battalion “Gunslingers”! We are truly appreciative to the District Attorney’s office and the Juvenile Probation Department for dropping off so much food that the donations had our collection box overflowing!

Familias Triunfadoras Toy Drive

It was so much fun being Santa’s helper! Thank you to Familias Triunfadoras for providing gifts to so many of San Elizario’s children last weekend! It was wonderful to see the smiles on the children's faces as they met Santa Claus and were given their gift!

And congratulations to Maria Covernali for being sworn-in as San Elizario's newest Alderperson!

Cochran Colonia has access to water!

It was wonderful to see the Cochran Colonia first-time water connection project completed! For the first time, twenty-five families will now have access to clean water! Thank you to our incredible community partners AYUDA and Dig Deep for making this dream a reality for this community!

Pueblo Viejo Neighborhood Association

Thank you to the Pueblo Viejo Neighborhood Association for inviting me to their monthly meeting to provide an update on County programs, events and activities! And thank you to Ysleta High School for hosting us!

Holiday Parades in Precinct #3

SOCORRO

It was wonderful to see so many people at the Socorro Winterfest Parade! All of the floats were amazing and lit up beautifully!.

HORIZON CITY

The “Your County on a Mission” float made an appearance at the City of Horizon and Centennial Lions Club Christmas Parade! The float made it's way throughout Pct. 3 for many of the precinct's parades this year!

FABENS

Thank you to everyone who came out to the Fabens Christmas parade! The weather was perfect and it was nice to see so many people!

SAN ELIZARIO

San Elizario’s Winter Holiday Parade of Lights was a true success! The Grinch and Santa were both there spreading holiday cheer!

Pledge of Allegiance

Please help us applaud all of the students who recite the Pledge of Allegiance at the start of our weekly Commissioners Court meetings. You make us very proud!
