Thank you to everyone who came out to the Sun Bowl Parade on Thanksgiving Day!

Christmas Trails for Toys


I would like to extend my gratitude to Margie, Mari and all of the Christmas Trails for Toys volunteers for helping to distribute Thanksgiving turkey dinner boxes to families in need again this year! A special thank you to my daughter Rebekah and my intern Sahara for helping out too!



2nd Annual Holidays Lights on the Lake


Come visit the County’s 2nd Annual Holidays Lights on the Lake at Ascarate Park! Thanks to an incredible partnership with the Fred Loya Family, the County is once again able to provide this free holiday display for all El Paso families to enjoy!

Dia de los Muertos Altar


The unveiling of the County’s Dia de los Muertos altar was beautiful! Thank you to the Mexican Consulate for collaborating with the County to celebrate such a beuatiful tradition. I hope you were able to stop by and see how breathtaking it turned out!

Sheriff’s Office Appreciation Breakfast



Thanking our El Paso County Sheriff’s Office Community Service Section for all of the great work that they do in our communities. We are truly grateful for your endless support!

El Paso County Pct#3 Veteran's Day Events

Fabens Veterans Park Committee


Thank you to Mr. Sublasky and the Fabens Veterans Park Committee for organizing this year’s Veteran’s Day Celebration at Fabens High School! The students did a wonderful job of honoring our veterans! Thank you to Dr. Aguayo and everyone at Fabens High School for such a beautiful celebration!

San Elizario Veterans Day Parade


It was a beautiful morning for the San Elizario Veterans Day parade! I was so honored to have been named Honorary Grand Marshal for the parade! I am truly grateful to everyone who attended this event in honor of our local veterans!

Clint Veterans Park Celebration


It was a lovely morning for the Veterans Day ceremony at Clint Veterans Park honoring the veterans from that community! I am thankful to everyone who attended this event in honor of all of our veterans and to all of our Clint veterans for their service and sacrifice to our great nation!


Socorro NJROTC Veterans Celebration


Thank you to the Socorro NJROTC for hosting a Veteran’s Day Celebration this past Veterans Day in honor of our Socorro veterans! The Socorro High School Culinary students prepared a delicious breakfast and so many of our local Socorro veterans were present!

Visiting Precinct #3

Rio Vista Community Center


It was very nice to swing by and meet with the Rio Vista community center in Socorro to say hi to some of our seniors and center staff!

Oz Glaze Senior Center in Horizon


I am also very grateful to have been able to stop by the Horizon Senior Citizen Center for their Veteran’s Day celebration and for a quick game of corn holes!

Play Date with Novipax at Sparks Park



It is so wonderful to have great community partners! Thank you to everyone at Novipax for spending time with us at Sparks Park, and for providing hot dogs, snow cones and face painting for the students at Region 19 Headstart and other neighborhood schools! There are many improvements coming to Sparks Park next year, so stay tuned!

Clint High School


I would like to thank Mr. Sanchez and the art students from Clint High School for their incredible work repainting the "Clint Supports our Troops" sign! It was as an honor to stop by with our Clint veterans to thank them in person as well!
