CONGRATULATIONS Class of '22
I would like to congratulate the Class of 2022 on their graduation from high school this year! This year's graduating seniors have continued to face many obstacles as a result of the pandemic. They persevered, worked hard and made it to graduation! We are all incredibly proud of you and we know that you will continue to reach for the stars and make all of your dreams come true!
El Paso County's Infrastructure Department Activities
Paving season is here! Every year, the County’s Infrastructure Department repaves and improves many miles of County roadways. This year, more than sixty miles of roadways will be repaved and improved in the Fabens, Tornillo, Horizon, Sparks and Montana Vista areas! A special thank you to our County Infrastructure Department staff for all of their hard work! Please be patient as they work to improve our roadways!

MOVIES AT THE PARK
The weather was perfect for Movies at the Park in Agua Dulce on June 18! There will be more Movies in the Parks activities throughout the summer at Risinger Park, Bulldog Championship Park in Socorro, Horizon City and Emerald Sands Park on Saturdays this summer!

A special thanks to Adult Protective Services for the delicious food and wonderful goodie bags, as well as to the County Attorney’s Office and the Aging & Disability Resource Center for all of the valuable information provided to Clint seniors! And please remember to check on your elderly neighbors and family members as summer temperatures continue to rise.
El Paso County Sportspark Improvements
I had so much fun throwing out the first pitch as we kicked-off the 2022 Summer Baseball and Softball Season at the El Paso County Sportspark! I invite all of you to come and enjoy our brand new shade structures, benches and tables while you cheer on your favorite team!

A special thank you to Mathew, who taught me how to throw the ball, and to Gustavo, who caught every crazy ball I threw!
Fabens End-of-School Pool Party
It was a beautiful day for our annual Fabens End-of-School Pool Party! What a great way to celebrate the end of another school year and the beginning of summer! A big thank you to all of the volunteers that made the event a huge success: Mr. Sublasky and the Veterans Park Committee, Constable Javier Garcia, Rep. Mary Gonzalez, Fabens Quick Lube, Ray Calzadias Music, Carreras Grocery and Smoking Joe’s Restaurant. Thank you kindly for all that you do for the community!!!
Visiting Precinct 3
Thank you to everyone who went out to the Our Lady of Guadalupe Church kermes in Fabens this month! It was a wonderful event, where we enjoyed delicious enchiladas, gorditas, and freshly-grilled hamburgers from the awesome, dedicated volunteers working the many food booths. We also enjoyed amazing music by a variety of different bands and were able to dance the night away! Check out the Community Calendar below for more upcoming festivals and bazaars within Pct. 3 this summer!
