Are you ready for the big news??

Refuge (a beloved all-conference youth event at Shepherd of the Ozarks) is open to 10th graders for this year only!!! As a youth staff, we have decided to take 7th-10th graders to Refuge!

What is Refuge?
Refuge is an opportunity for Jr. High/Middle School youth to be introduced to the connectional events of the Arkansas Conference Council on Youth Ministries of the United Methodist Church. They enjoy a weekend in the beautiful outdoors, focusing on Christ, developing friendships, and having fun while getting away from the busyness of life. This event will be held at Shepherd of the Ozarks, a great setting filled with large, comfortable log cabins surrounded by bluffs and a creek.
When & Where is Refuge?
There are two weekends offered. Join us either November 4-6 or November 11-13 at Shepherd of the Ozarks in Harriet, AR.
Who Can Attend Refuge?
Refuge is for youth in grades 6-9, however THIS YEAR ONLY, the task force is opening Refuge up to 10th graders.
