Follow God
Our theme verse for the month of November is John 10:27, “My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me.” Over the weekend, I was making a math video for some fourth grade students. My 4 year old heard me playing the video back and said, “Daddy whose voice is that? It sounds like you but different.” Something about a recording makes our voices sound different. Yet the great thing about the God we serve is that HIS voice is always authentic and never distorted. His “sheep”, His children know the sound of His voice no matter what!!! This is one of the blessings of following God, and we know where He will ultimately lead us, to be in Heaven with Him.
Al Hearne II, Superintendent

MS Algebra 1 students became CSI detectives to find the evil terrorist group "The Mathemagicians" before they conquered the world! They had to complete the Math as they followed the clues to the right person to bring to justice. Listening to them work with their partner while solving the math equations was a lot of fun.

Watching 1st grade students fill in shapes with pattern blocks in math was so much fun! It was interesting to see students strategize which blocks would fit and how we can fill in a shape in more ways than one.
