The Canal Street area is the place to be on 1st Saturdays. Start your morning at the Farmer's Market in the park. After you've picked up what you need for dinner, join us on Canal for the Art and Artisan Stroll.

You'll find a wide variety of artistic vendors lining the street from 9am-3pm. While you check out what the vendors have to offer you can catch live music by RhythmWorks Band from 11am-1pm outside The Hub or other performers in Christmas Park between 1pm and 3pm. Once you've filled your shopping bags, grab lunch and get ready to Sip and Stroll between 1pm and 6pm. If art is your thing, you won't want to miss Gallery Walk between 4pm and 7pm. Our galleries offer something for everyone.
The Canal Street’s Fall Antique and Vintage Market will be sure to not disappoint. Don’t miss a fun day of shopping & browsing through booths filled with:

Sample craft beers and unique wines as you stroll through the Canal Street Historic District from 1-6pm.

Tickets are $25 – Includes:
A Canal Street souvenir glass and 12 sampling tickets can be redeemed at 9 locations in the district. A self-guided map is provided. The walk is held on the first Saturday of each month.

Purchase your tickets on-line (link below) up until 1pm on the day of the event. You'll register and pick up your tickets at the locations below starting at 1pm. You may also make in-person purchases starting at that time.

Canal Street Classic Cruise Car Show
Saturday, November 13

Every month on the second Saturday. Open to all, there's a DJ and plenty of shops open for food and drinks. Cruisers usually start arriving around 3:00 pm. At 4:00 pm the streets are blocked off to through traffic and the show begins. Expect to see anywhere from 200 to over 500 of the finest custom cars, trucks, and motorcycles you'll find in Florida.

Let's fall hard for the holiday spirit! Canal Street businesses are going to show off their holiday spirit by decorating their windows and you are encouraged to vote for your favorite. We need a little Christmas......right this very minute.
Spark the Spirit
Friday, November 26th - 5-7:30pm
Tree lighting ceremony, live entertainment & Santa’s grand entrance make this family friendly event the kick off of Christmas on Canal Street in our beautiful Downtown. Canal Street Historic District brings the spirit of the holidays to Christmas Park, located at the corner of Live Oak & Canal Street.

Stores and Restaurants have extended hours and Canal Street will be closed to accommodate pedestrians. Stop in and visit Santa’s Work Hub and watch the childrens’ eyes light up when they see the sparkling decorations and Santa too!
COASTAL CHRISTMAS MARKET

Small Business Saturday is an important holiday to draw attention to the importance of shopping at local businesses over large retailers.
