If you don't already know Perry Maughmer , you should. Perry is a Columbus Vistage Chair, Executive Coach and facilitator and he's on the speaker line-up at Leadership Forum this year. Perry will help us explore both the psychological and physiological challenges we experience so that we can understand why we sometimes struggle in a volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous world (VUCA). Perry says, "The world is more interconnected and chaotic than every before. We struggle with uncertainty because we are hard-wired to quickly evaluate and judge people and situations...which can lead us astray."   • Gain greater awareness of their own needs for certainty and freedom of ambiguity and how it has impacted their lives
  • Learn techniques to tolerate "not knowing" and fight the urge for closure
