• Mortgage Rates: Rates remain in a holding pattern similar to early 2026, slightly lower than a year ago, but still requiring careful budgeting.
• Top Performing Areas: Coastal and high-desire areas (like Ojai and Ventura proper) are seeing high demand, with median prices in some cities pushing over $1.2M
