Announcing New Lakeside Art Exhibit Space
Cultural Arts is one of four Chautauqua pillars celebrated at Lakeside. Each summer we have opportunities to hear beautiful music, partake in art classes at the Rhein Center, and browse the many handmade creations for sale at Artists-N-Cahoots. Annual Art and Photography shows are held at Hoover Auditorium, and a Plein Air paint-out rounds out the summer season. This summer we are exploring a new use for a familiar space by displaying and selling photography and paintings on a rotating basis at the Fountain Inn.

If you are interested in displaying your work in the gallery, please submit samples of your art to Hannah Brainard at hannahbrainard@lakesideohio.com.
Please join us tomorrow, May 27, from 5-7 p.m., for an introduction of our new art exhibition space in the Fountain Inn. This gallery space, which connects the Slack House Historic Café and the Fountain Inn, will feature work from local artists including photographers Matthew Greene and Bryan Wamsley and painters from Marblehead's "The Group." The space will serve to further enhance Lakeside’s reputation as a regional arts destination.

Honor a Friend or Family Member with a Memorial Day Gift
This Memorial Day weekend, you are invited to give to celebrate the life of a loved one. Giving in memory of a family member or friend is a wonderful way to pay tribute to their legacy and honor their love for the community. By making a tribute gift to the Lakeside Fund, you will make an immediate, positive impact and help create a quality Chautauqua experience for future generations.

In addition, if you provide the mailing address, the person you are honoring or a family contact will receive a special hand-written "Honor. Thank. Remember." notecard to show our gratitude for your gift. Please call the Lakeside Chautauqua Foundation Office at (419) 798-4461 ext. 246 or email advancement@lakesideohio.com for more information.
