Record-Setting Generosity for 2020-2021 Fiscal Year
Thanks to the passion and dedication of your family, friends and neighbors, the ambitious Annual Fund goal of $1,250,000 was not only met, but also surpassed with more than $1.3M in donations! Together, the Lakeside community bridged the gap and helped to preserve, protect and promote cherished Lakeside traditions, the beautiful grounds, the historic structures and the beloved Chautauqua experience.
“This is the most money raised for the Annual Fund during a fiscal year in Lakeside’s history as an organization..."

"’s truly unbelievable that Lakeside raised this amount in funds, let alone during such a challenging year,” said Tom Jones, Lakeside Chautauqua Foundation Board chair. “It’s an incredible accomplishment by the staff, Foundation Board and community as a whole, and it is also a testament to our community’s love for Lakeside.”
Make your Calendars for Spring Cleanup Day
The snow has melted, the birds are back and the days are getting longer! Spring has officially arrived at Lakeside, and we are excited for the summer Chautauqua season.

You're invited to help prepare for the summer season by coming together on Saturday, May 8 for Lakeside's annual Spring Cleanup.

Available projects include: gardening, park cleanup, painting, power washing, venue cleaning, and waterfront maintenance

The fun will begin at 9 a.m. and will end at 4 p.m. Boxed lunches will be provided for those who register by Friday, April 30. Stay tuned as more volunteer opportunities become available. All are welcome and are encouraged to come as their schedule allows.

Those who cannot attend, but are interested in other spring volunteer opportunities can learn more here. A Lakeside Volunteer Corps Director will reach out upon completion of signing up and will help place you in a volunteer opportunity that is the right fit for you.
