From the Artist's Corner

This month our featured artist is Jaymi Hampton. We at HAHC are incredibly lucky to have such an amazing, talented and courageous woman as part of the family for the last 11 years. Getting to know and work with Jaymi is an absolute delight! (not to mention we found out her legal name is Jamie, but she changed it to the artistic Jaymi!)

  1. Hamburgers or hotdogs - Neither, give me chocolate
  2. All time favorite song - Well, not sure if it's my favorite song, but one I will always remember is 'Jamie Boy' by Kay Starr, Jamie boy, Jamie boy, walking by, walking by. LOL
  3. Flip flops or tennis shoes - definitely tennis shoes
  4. Best advice for the youth of today - Don't be so negative, there is always a bright side.
  5. Coffee or tea - I love my green tea!
  6. Can you touch your toes? I darn sure can!
  7. Favorite football team - Texas Longhorns, Hook 'em!
  8. John Wayne or Clint Eastwood - ummmmm, Clint of course!!

Make plans to join us for a very special event on April 11th. We will be celebrating the Old Heidelberg and the Link Families for our Heritage Night. The event is from 4p to 6p with storytelling at 5pm. The exhibit will be showcased until July 7th.
