September 2017 ESAHEC Update
Eastern Shore Area Health Education Center announces the appointment of new Board Member
Nicole Morris, MS, RN, CWWPM representing Kent County is the newest addition to the Eastern Shore AHEC Board of Directors. Nicole Morris directs Healthiest Maryland Buisnesses worksite wellness efforts of the six-county Mid/Upper-Shore Region. Prior to her role as HMB Regional Lead, Nicole conceived the corporate wellness initiative Get Healthy Kent, overseeing the administration of health risk assessments and health promotion activities for over half of the county workforce. Nicole is also currently the Director for Chronic Disease Prevention at the Kent County Health Department where she manages programs in early childhood and school health, tobacco prevention and control, diabetes prevention and hypertension management.
