First and foremost to our family of donors, THANK YOU! Your generosity helps to change lives every day. Here are just a few ways we have put your charitable contributions to good work:
Because of the generosity our community, over the past two years the Foundation has distributed over $24,000 to enrich each Fountain Valley student's academic experience. Notably for the sciences, the FVSF funded the renewal and expansion of the middle school robotics programs. In support of the district's expanded music offerings for students during the day, our fundraising campaign called
FVSF4Music has so far raised over $7500 in much needed funds.
Foundation board members hosted our first annual
Dr. Marc Ecker Golf Tournament in October, participated in Fountain Valley's annual Christmas Tree Lighting, and supported a very special Polar Day science event highlighting STEM activities and awareness.
This year, the 12th annual
Taste of Fountain Valley will be held on Saturday, April 23, at The Founder's Village Center, from 6pm to 10:00pm. This year, the Taste of Fountain Valley will feature restaurants, caterers, and food and beverage vendors that wish to showcase their unique taste that best represents their business personality and craft. Our focus is to provide our attendees an opportunity to experience a plethora of unique tastes from eateries in and around our community.
