Greetings!

Happy May!

April showers did indeed bring May flowers.

We started this month out with gratitude for: the weather at our amazing Rhythm and Vine fundraiser, our unwavering supporters, staff and volunteers who made the event a success, and of course, all of the Nurses in our community during National Nurse’s Week. We are grateful to have some of the absolute best on our team.

We will also be celebrating those who passed on our service at our Celebration of Lives on the 21st in Lake Wildwood and at the beautiful Butterfly Garden of Remembrance hosted by Hooper and Weaver over memorial weekend.

We are filled with gratitude and couldn’t be happier to be a meaningful part of Nevada County.

Of course, we also can’t forget to give a shout out to all the mothers out there who brought each and every one of us into this world. We hope you all enjoyed a lovely Mothers Day.

May is the gateway to summer……and if our experiences this May are an indicator of how awesome summer will be, we can’t wait!

Thank you!

Rhythm & Vine was a smashing success!

BECAUSE OF YOU, THE EVENT WAS A HUGE SUCCESS

Rhythm & Vine was a truly special evening, bringing community members together to dance, sip, and form meaningful connections.

We can not thank you enough for supporting nonprofit, compassionate, end-of-life care in your community. Your generosity is so appreciated!

Save the date for our next fundraising event, Moonlight Magic, on November 6.

Nurses Week

During Nurses Week, and every week of the year, we celebrate and appreciate the compassionate caregivers who bring comfort, dignity, and humanity to every moment of care. Our nurses meet patients and families in some of life’s most vulnerable moments with extraordinary skill, empathy, and grace, offering not only medical care, but reassurance, presence, and kindness when it’s needed most.

The dedication, heart, and compassion our nurses bring to their work each and every day leaves a lasting impact on the lives of so many. We are deeply grateful for the countless ways our nurses support, advocate for, and care for our community. Thank you to all of our incredible nurses for everything you do, today and every day!
