2022 Workplace Summit: #Unstoppable

This past October, Out & Equal convened more than 5,000 executives, ERG leaders, DEI practitioners, subject matter experts, and community leaders in person in Las Vegas and virtually online under a shared theme, “Unstoppable”. This theme was a rallying cry for the workplace community to gather in response to attacks lodged at, and setbacks experienced by, the LGBTQ+ community, inside our global workplaces and out. And rally our bold and committed community did… with tools, proven solutions, game changing workshops, and best practices all designed with “unstoppable” in mind. To maintain focus and maintain an unstoppable momentum, we released our Summit Impact Report and have extended access to recorded session content to our Summit ticket holders until the end of the calendar year. Speaking of "Unstoppable", please join us for our final event of the year – Global Forum: Charting Our Path, Sustaining Ourselves: Reflecting on Global DEI Initiatives of 2022 and Readying for 2023 – on Thursday, December 15 at 8am EST. The forum will bring together LGBTQ+ and ally professionals from all over the world to reflect on the lessons learned this year and focus on new DEI goals for 2023. While themes of gratitude and renewal fill the air this holiday season, Out & Equal remains steadfastly committed to addressing the most pressing LGBTQ+ equity and inclusion issues – inside our workplaces and out. We are doing so by kicking off 2023 with one of our most impactful annual gatherings: Executive Forum (ExFo). Taking place in Washington, DC Feb 28 – Mar 3, 2023, ExFo will convene leaders, DEIB/HR practitioners, and individual change agents at all levels – from Gen-Z to Senior Executives – in concentrated and solutions-oriented working sessions.
