Eyes Forward: Your Library, Your Future

To the Hanson Community,

Newsletter 5 | December 2025

We’re moving from concept to detail. That means fine-tuning layouts, costs, and schedules. Floor plans are becoming rooms and areas for programs and services.

Near-Term Milestones:

  • Schematic Design: Translate the Library Building Program into a buildable plan
  • Cost Review & Reconciliation: Obtain independent estimates and determine value management
  • Public Forums: Provide clear answers, make available visual drawings, and welcome your feedback
  • Grant/Funding Steps: Align with MBLC requirements and local town decisions

Your role is simple but vital: participate in events such as forums and town meetings, ask questions, and share your desires and concerns. That’s how we get this right for our community.

How to Stay Involved and In Touch
