CE class meets the Code of Ethics requirement for REALTORS® and
Appraisers. Ethics must be completed once every three years. The
current cycle is January 1, 2022, through December 31, 2024.

ETHICS CYCLE ENDS 12/31/2024
All Realtors® and Appraisers must complete at least 2.5 hours of Code of Ethics (COE) training in a 3-year cycle.
The current cycle is January 1, 2022, through December 31, 2024.
This is a requirement of the National Association of REALTORS®.
If you need to take an Ethics course, the VBR has an open class on December 11th at noon. Click here for info or to register.

The Vail Board of Realtors® is pleased to provide an update on Eagle County’s November 2024 election results. VBR endorsed and is appreciative voters overwhelmingly approved ballot issue 6A which will provide additional funding to support the Eagle River Fire Protection District.
We’d like to congratulate all the candidates on their hard-fought races and are looking forward to working with the new/returning elected officials to continue to make Eagle County a great place to live, work and play.
