WOW - What's On In Woodbury
|
Building Community
WOW began in late 2014 as the department representatives of the three municipal departments who did public programs looked for ways to provide high quality, free access programming for the Woodbury community that avoided duplication, reached larger audiences, and utilized resources and public spaces in a more efficient way. Our first public programs were a series of winter concerts and free movies. These programs continue as WOW seeks innovative ways to bring Woodbury together- to provide free programs for families, for people of all ages, and to promote our community resources - both public and privately owned - through interesting and energizing activities that build community.

What We Do at W.O.W.!
From lectures and concerts to artistic opportunities and community festivals, WOW has something for everyone. We do this by partnering with community champions, the businesses and organizations who, like you, and like WOW, are invested in our little town. We do this by building bridges between volunteers and resources and needs. We do this with much energy and imagination and dedication, because we believe in building community - we believe in Woodbury, and we want Woodbury families to love living here. WOW!
