Only Homeowners are eligible to vote in the election. If you have already voted or voted prior to cancelling the April meeting your vote is still counting and there is no need to vote again. If you would like to change your vote you may do so by voting in person at the VWOA office during the time listed below. We will be taking nominations from the floor during the meeting as required, but the vast majority of the votes will have already been cast.
If you would like to be added to the ballot for the in-person vote please email cm@villagesofwestcreek.com so you can be added and the homeowners notified of your intent to run. This will be the most effective way to be added and considered for one of the 3 open spots on the board.
We apologize for the changes that have been made, but due to the county restrictions on meetings and gatherings due to COVID-19, this has been determined to be the best method to hold the Annual Meeting for the homeowners, and close out the election for the board.
Voting options are as follows:

In-person voting will take place at the Villages of Westcreek office between the hours of 1:30PM-5:30PM. Ballots will be available to vote.
