FINANCE COMMITTEE MEETING
The VWOA Finance Committee assists the Board in developing an operating budget, a schedule of capital repair and replacement expenditures, and a budget for projected capital improvements. The Finance Committee will conduct its Annual Meeting to review the preliminary 2025 Budget before it's submitted to the Board of Directors for their review and approval. This meeting will be held via Zoom on Wednesday, September 11, 2024, at 2:30 pm.
We are looking for VWOA homeowners interested in joining the Finance Committee in this essential duty. Homeowners, please email your request to join this important committee to the following link:
