All homeowners will be receiving an Annual Meeting notice within the next week ahead of the Annual Meeting scheduled for Thursday, April 21, 2022. A clerical error was noticed on the “Absentee Proxy” that reflects a due date of April 14, 2021, when it was clearly intended to say 2022. This does not impact the validity of the Absentee Proxy and the Absentee Ballot is not impacted at all. We have attached an updated Absentee Proxy to this Constant Contact, and it will be available on the website and in the on-site office.
