The Board understands the effect on the community that COVID 19 has had and the financial hardships it has created.
If you have been affected and unable to make your 2nd quarter HOA assessment payment, please email the office staff or Community Manager with your request for relief of the late fees assessed due to the inability to pay the 2nd quarter assessments on time. We will review each request on a case by case basis and communicate back to each homeowner individually.
