Hi Hoboken!

We are bursting with joy and pride to share some incredible news with all of you! Our library has been honored with the esteemed Libraries Transform Communities Grant, making Hoboken Public Library one of only two libraries in the United States, and the first in New Jersey, to ever receive this award from the American Library Association.

As the days get warmer, you can expect to see us around the Mile Square even more! We are excited to announce that we'll be visiting the Uptown Artisan Market this season, where you can connect with us and learn more about our programs and services. You can also catch us on our BookBike in various parks in Hoboken for Artful Adventures, Story Times, Pop-Up visits at the Pier, and more!

We continue to offer a variety of engaging activities for all ages at our Grand Street Branch. Little ones can enjoy Rise N' Craft sessions, while older adults can join us for free Tai-Chi classes in the Senior Community Center at 124 Grand Street. Plus, don't miss our after-school programming at the Learning Center featuring fun and creative activities like DIY sunglasses, bingo, and kindness workshops. Be sure to check our calendar for upcoming events!

Regards,

Jennie Pu

Library Director
