Martin Luther King, Jr. Commemoration Service:

The 2026 Shalom Zone Martin Luther King Jr. Commemoration Service invites you all to gather in worship, remembrance, and recommitment to justice. The service will be held Monday, January 19 at 11:00 a.m. at Allisonville Christian Church, featuring guest preacher Bishop Timothy Graham and guest musical director Josiah Ray McCurstian of Witherspoon Presbyterian Church. Together, we honor Dr. King’s enduring call to faithful action through prayer, preaching, and music that lift up our shared hope; a community luncheon will follow—everyone is welcome.

Please note: No Immersion worship this Sunday, January 11. Instead, be sure to join us on February 8th at 5pm. As a reminder, Immersion worship is at 5pm on the second Sunday of each month.

Demaris Circle

Damaris Circle will meet on Tues., Jan 13, 2026. We will meet at church inside door 1. Bring your own meal and plan to stop in for some social time at 6 pm. If there is any DWM business we will do that at 6:30 pm. We start discussing our lesson at 7 pm until 8 pm. The lesson is on Chapter 6 - The Inevitable Letdown from the book How We Learn to Be Brave by Mariann Edgar Budde.
