Holiday Cooking

Give yourself the gift of guilt-free holidays this year with our Healthy Holiday Cooking Series!

During the Holiday season, it is hard to eat healthy and still participate in all the usual holiday rituals. Every time you turn around there is another party, pot-luck, or gathering where food and drinks are being served. Our Healthy Holiday series will arm you with tips, tricks, and recipes that will get you and your family through the holiday season healthy and happy.

This year we will be offering a classes on holiday appetizers and holiday desserts. Each class has its own registration link and we ask that you register and pay using that link. Payment can be done online using a credit/debit card through Eventbrite or via check made payable to NC State University.
