The Berkeley Rental Housing Coalition scores a victory and surpasses the number of signatures required for the Renters Relief & Homeowners Protection Act to qualify for the November ballot.

The ballot initiative also provides protections for single-family homeowners and for duplexes where at least one owner resides on the property.
