Help Michael Droege recover from a traumatic brain injury

In January 2023, our dear friend, Michael Droege, owner/broker of Century 21 suffered a traumatic brain injury while skiing. He's been at Providence for over six weeks, with plans of heading to St. Elias when a room opens up. Michael’s recovery will be long and there’s no telling when he can return to work and if he’ll need in-home assistance. Unfortunately, Michael does not have health insurance and the bills are piling up.

Michael is working hard to return to his normal vibrant self and we’re all staying positive.

If you choose to donate, your donation will go directly to Michael’s medical bills and rehabilitation. Every little bit helps! We appreciate you all – thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Lack of Existing Inventory Continues to Support Builder Sentiment

Builders remained cautiously optimistic in April as limited resale inventory helped to increase demand in the new home market even as the industry continues to grapple with building material issues. Builder confidence in the market for newly built single-family homes in April rose one point to 45, according to the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB)/Wells Fargo Housing Market Index (HMI) released today.

Global Symposium at IBS 2023 Draws Great Crowds for Knowledge Exchange

NAHB held its first Global Home Building Symposium at the 2023 International Builders’ Show (IBS) in Las Vegas in February. The symposium featured expert speakers offering insight on the U.S. and global housing markets, economic forecasts, and the latest home buyer trends in a rapidly shifting environment.
