The draft offers a detailed vision crafted from community input, laying out recommendations and policy guidance for land use, getting around, and quality of life over the next twenty years in this important area of Southwest Denver.

About the Loretto Heights Area Plan

Denver Community Planning and Development is working with local residents, neighborhood groups and other stakeholders to create a community vision for this 72-acre campus in Southwest Denver. The Loretto Heights Area Plan will be a community-driven public process that gives the public an opportunity to have input in the future of this treasured campus.
