Breaking Barriers to Grace
The Minneapolis Area Synod's Ministry Imagination Grants have supported creative ministry experiments by congregations throughout the synod. Queer Grace is one of the recipients of a MIG grant. The Rev. Emmy Kegler, pastor of Grace Lutheran Church in Northeast Minneapolis, started Queer Grace, a welcoming space for LGBTQ Christians in 2017.

Toxic Sites Bus Tour

North Minneapolis has been a primary "recipient" of environmental racism, with a significant number of toxic sites centered there along the river. It is also about to go through significant change, much of which will drive gentrification, if the community does not drive the process. This bus tour will increase awareness of the struggles facing North Minneapolis residents. A donation of $25 is requested for the bus tour.

Basics of Graphic Design Principles

Neuger Communications Group
, will be teaching some basic graphic design principles for print and social media. Topics will include color, layouts, print and social media design, and more!
