5 Things the Chamber Did For You Last Week
  1. Chamber leadership and city management conducted a Business Visit to DW Drums to provide an opportunity for government to understand some of the challenges of local businesses.
  2. CEO Nancy Lindholm met with a member business experiencing challenges complying with new city wastewater discharges limits.
  3. OXYP met with Sukie Sir, Marketing and Fund Development Manager of Turning Point Foundation and President of The Rotary Club of Oxnard, to learn more about how Rotary serves the Oxnard community.
  4. Participated on a legislative issues conference call with the California Chamber of Commerce. The 2019 legislative session is in its frenzied last few weeks in Sacramento.
  5. CEO Nancy Lindholm volunteered at the Oxnard Convention and Visitors Bureau and Ventura County Lodging Association welcome booth at Dallas Cowboys Training Camp.
