PREPPING FOR AEP

Because 80% of people who change plans in AEP do so within the first few weeks. There is not a lot of room for error in AEP. Start organizing your clients now so when you are planning your AEP strategies, you have a better idea of who is going where.
Clients not changing plans? No need to see them, right? WRONG. Do they have a HIP plan with their MA coverage? Do they have a DVH plan to offset the lack of dental their MA plan has? Oh, they have a supplement? So they have NO dental coverage...HOW IS THAT OKAY!?! I am sure they want to use their teeth, eyes and ears in retirement!
Make sure you are fostering those professional connections now so when AEP hits, you already have an established relationship!
Start putting content on your Facebook page now and start building those "likes" to your page. This way when AEP hits, people are more familiar with you. As Olivia says, familiarity equals trust, and trust equals sales!
