The Children’s Trust funds hundreds of programs whose mission is to help children, youth and families in Miami-Dade County. But finding the best program for your children can be challenging as parents need to consider different kinds of programs, locations, and a variety of other factors. To guide them through all the choices and help find the one that best their family’s needs, The Trust recently relaunched a new and improved Find-A-Program page on its website.
Parents can get to the page by going to the Trust’s homepage, scrolling down and clicking where it says, “Find a Program,” or going directly to TheChildrensTrust.org/Find-a-Program. Once at the page, visitors can click “Child Care Programs” to search early learning programs, or “Other Programs” that lists after-school, summer camp and special needs programs, as well as family supports and public benefits enrollment programs.
Both pages include maps that visitors can scroll through to find programs by location, as well as filters that allow searches by name, zip code for early learning programs, and by category, grade and age range, and name and zip code for other Trust-funded programs. Specific program info includes emails, websites, location and more.
