A protected bike lane is being installed on Central Park West from 59th to 110th Street. The lane will come with a seven-foot buffer and plastic posts separating riders from traffic. The project was spearheaded by Manhattan Community Board 7 and the Department of Transportation and work will continue throughout the summer. Senior Food Bag Program in Full Swing

Red Line Track Work
1 Train Subway service on the West Side of Manhattan will be affected for six weeks over the weekends as the MTA works to replace tracks and switches at the West 96th Street and Broadway station. The work will continue through the weekend of August 23. This occasionally includes 1 train service suspension. The work will also impact 2 and 3 Train service.
