Naomi for Delicious Food and Fine Wines
You got it!!
The hotel restaurant has a star chef and a fabulous reputation. Elegance and familiar favorites will define the menus to ensure that all palates are met.
An "Open Pantry" will offer a selection of food and drink much of the day. In addition to coffee, tea, water and sparkling water, (which are available all day and at every meal), fruit and cakes, there will be "real food" so that at any time there's something to eat for those hungry children.
Our vision of Pesach dining is focused, as always, on freshness, quality products and variety. "An elegant sufficiency" was a phrase used to describe our gastronomic philosophy by an often-returning guest, but we'll be ready for the most ravenous teenagers too!!
Dinner is brought to the table, part plated, part on in-table buffet platters, breakfast is buffet, lunch is either buffet in-house or lunch-to-go box on Chol HaMoed.
In addition to some great wines provided for Seder, you will be able, at lunch and dinner, to order from the various operating bars a selection of fine wines, spirits and soft drinks.
