1.) Pathlight will be adopting the regular practice of communicating our organizational goals. We will also share the results of our findings from the routine assessments being done to measure our progress toward them.
- Analyzing this information is key to safeguarding that we are making tangible improvements toward our target objectives and can make timely adjustments to our strategies if needed.
2. In the coming weeks, you will also see additional communication vehicles introduced to ensure colleagues feel connected and informed as situations develop.
-
We will be arranging a series of in-person town halls. These will be scheduled meetings people can join to learn about the changes happening at the organization. They will serve as opportunities for team members to not only ask questions and have an open dialogue about Pathlight’s updates, but also a chance to meet and interact with colleagues from across the organization.
-
Additionally, there will be monthly virtual town halls to ensure the steady flow of information sharing/conversations and clarity (We will be posting a schedule of the video town hall sessions as soon as the dates have been finalized.).
3. New training and learning opportunities will be implemented so that colleagues can be better equipped to contribute to the organization and see professional development.
4. An emphasis will be placed on ensuring Pathlight is delivering our mission to those we serve to the best of our abilities.
- We will drive processes that allow us to deliver the services we provide in a predictable, measurable, and financially responsible/sustainable way.
-
Measuring the smiles of the individuals we support will always be a metric of success we keep at the forefront of our minds; however, to provide these services we must be financially viable and diligent.
5. We will concentrate on and have discussions surrounding the growth in the appropriate non-residential programs.
- Pathlight has not necessarily given the right attention and resources to growing these programs in the recent past, yet they are ones that “create smiles” and have the potential to grow. We want this to be the case, as it would positively impacting more lives.
