APPLICATION TO GRADUATE

If you have completed your degree or certificate requirements and are ready to graduate this Fall 2021 term, then you may apply to do so now in SOLUS. The deadline to apply is October 15, 2021.

To determine if you are eligible, you can run your Academic Requirements Report (also called an AAR) in SOLUS. To have your AAR checked by an Academic Advisor, please submit your request here.
OPEN ENROLMENT

Open enrolment began on August 30, 2021. This means that you can add or drop Fall and Winter courses until the respective add/drop deadlines for each term. Most single-term Arts and Science courses will be set up with wait lists. Multi-term, full year (A/B) courses cannot be set up with wait lists. This option gives you an opportunity to join a wait list for a class that is full. You may also want to consider using the SWAP option, which will allow you to go on a wait list for a class that is in conflict with an enrolled course. When the SWAP function is used, SOLUS will add you to the wait listed course when a space becomes available and will also drop you from the class you chose to swap. For more course registration tips, visit the FAS Course Registration website.

Still looking to add a course? Check out some of these interesting options:

See a full list of online courses here. We recommend that you always review course information, such as prerequisites, on the course pages of our website before enrolling.

For help with enrolling in courses in SOLUS, check out these step-by-step instructions (under "add or drop courses").

Note: When doing an online class search in SOLUS, be sure to change the "course career" to "undergraduate online".

Note: When enroling in an ASO course, you will have only two choices for exam centres - Kingston (4251) or Online Proctored Exam (2222). If you live in an area that would allow you to travel to Kingston to write your exam, you may do so. If there is no proctored exam in your course, your only option for exam centre will be Kingston (4251). We are waiving the off-campus exam fee for Fall and Winter courses for the 2021-22 academic year.
