George Floyd Memorial Vigil

The Racial Justice Initiative of Plymouth Congregational Church invites you to join us for a few minutes or a few hours. We will be consciously holding space for peace, love, and justice as we send our prayers to George Floyd Square, also holding a vigil and holding space on the 1 year anniversary of the murder of George Floyd.
We will gather in the Plymouth parking lot, at the intersection of Franklin and Nicollet Avenues.
Special Remembrance, 8–9 p.m. with Plymouth Clergy.
Prayer Tent open from 2-8, for:
- Silence (9 minutes and 29 seconds every hour)
- Poetry
- Labyrinth for walking in prayer for loving kindness to manifest in our community
- Small-Group Discussions
- Water Ceremony
- Community art, poster making, and more.
