Update Your Profile: A complete profile makes it easier for others to connect with you. Ensure your title, photo, and organization information is up to date.
Here's a brief overview of what to expect upon arrival on Sunday:

  • Registration: Registration will start at 11 AM at the conference hotel on Sunday, come pick up your badge and conference materials.

  • Board Meeting: Join us at noon for the board meeting, an open forum where all members are invited to participate. Your input is valuable, and this is an excellent opportunity to connect with leadership and provide feedback on council initiatives.

  • Committee Meetings: Contribute to the council during committee meetings at 3:30 pm. Committees drive legislative, regulatory, and annual conference agendas, your involvement is integral to shaping the future of our community.

  • Welcome Reception: Wrap up the day and kick-off the event at ASA's Welcome Reception at 5:00 pm at the conference hotel. Connect with fellow attendees, build new relationships, and share insights in a relaxed and convivial atmosphere.

This year's annual conference will kick off with a new feature: educator professional development, scheduled to take place over the two days leading up to the main event. Read more.
ATEC Fly-In September 17-19 in Washington DC

Serve on the ATEC Board: Nominations Due 8/15
One AMTS position and one industry position will be available on the ATEC Board this fall. Nominations are now being accepted through August 15. Director elections will be held at the September board meeting in Washington DC. Nominate now.
ATEC Journal: Call for Papers
The Journal is currently accepting submissions of scholarly, research, application, or opinion articles. Submissions for the spring edition is May 1. Read more.

Choose Aerospace
Now Accepting Curriculum Applications for Fall 2024
Choose Aerospace, ATEC's sister foundation, was created to unite stakeholders to grow the pipeline and increase diversity in aviation maintenance. The non-profit is pursuing that mission through development of high school aviation maintenance programs.

The Choose Aerospace aviation maintenance curriculum puts high school students on a direct path to mechanic certification, either through direct-employment opportunities or matriculation into a part 147 programs.

Choose Aerospace to Host Teacher Training in Tulsa
The training will take place in Tulsa June 11 - 13. The event is free and available to organizations that have applied and been approved for the Choose Aerospace Aviation Maintenance Curriculum. Register.
