Why is it that humans never learn from history? The vast majority don't know or care about it, and so we are condemned to repeat it. 

Today, we live in a Twilight Zone America, where the Leave it to Beaver neighbors of the 1950s have been replaced with nasty men in dresses, filling in for Mrs. Cleaver at the public library. We don't care about the days when biology was scientific fact. We don't remember when reputations mattered -- so now we have drag queens -- some of them with occultic-themed costumes and some of them sex offenders -- as the new stars of Storytime for modern-day children.

Mr. Rogers' Friendly Neighborhood is No More

The level of evil aimed at innocent children is off the charts and it doesn't seem to faze people one bit. A recent social media scare warned about MoMo, the bird woman, who might pop up unexpectedly in children's videos spouting violent suggestions and challenging young viewers to harm family, friends, and themselves.

Alarming media and celebrity warnings flew across the airwaves, urging parents to keep an eye on their child's G-rated videos. It was a national response to an unconfirmed rumor, given by voices that remain silent as newborns are terminated outside of the womb. This is the insanity of a fallen world.

Welcome to the Fall of America

So many know nothing about how great civilizations fall. They don't connect the historical fact that the rejection of God ALWAYS leads to the rise of evil. Today, we turn on our TVs or computers and see the glorification of everything vile that crushed ancient Israel and Rome -- everything awful that destroyed seventeenth century France and twentieth century Germany.

But the lure of secret power is irresistible and though far weaker than the power of God, they choose it, "Being darkened in their understanding, excluded from the life of God because of the ignorance that is in them, because of the hardness of their heart" (Eph 4:18). Where the occult thrives, there is no hope -- malevolent evil always breeds despair. Today, clinical depression is a way of life in America and a billion-dollar drug industry sedates us, but cannot stop suicide rates from climbing.

Witchcraft Soars

Who could have guessed that the twenty-first century would bring a witchcraft boom? Its biggest cheerleaders are the media, who glorify it as a GOOD practice when all the evidence of history tells us it has always been evil. How do you fight a media blitz raving about Superbowls, super model wives and their cute little habit of closet witchcraft?
