FEMA-8: An 8” deep heavy duty steel grille designed to protect exterior wall openings against severe circumstances on FEMA 320 or 361 compliant safe rooms and storm shelters. FEMA-5: A heavy duty 5.5” deep aluminum louver/grille designed to protect exterior wall openings against severe circumstances on FEMA 320 or 361 compliant safe rooms and storm shelters. The FEMA-5 is now approved for a cantilevered installation to meet architectural design requirements in many school districts.
