Falco and Associates P.C. Administered Six Salvatore & Maria Pizzi Foundation Inc. Scholarship Awards of Approximately $100k to NQHS, QHS, and AWHS students.

Salvatore and Maria Pizzi highly valued education. To honor their memory, this foundation was established in 2012 to award scholarships to students residing in Massachusetts who meet the established criteria. This year, approximately 60 high school seniors were awarded $1M to pursue their degrees. Falco and Associates P.C. administered 6 local high school seniors the full $16,000 award per student.

Why Falco and Associates P.C.?

I first met Ron Kearns at a seminar over ten years ago. He shared a great deal of important information about the practical, legal aspects of Estate Planning, as well as the different facets of Elder Care. I had a subsequent, productive meeting with him where he advised me on a detailed Estate Plan for my mother. Once complete, my mind was at ease knowing that all the particulars were attended to perfectly.

A tremendous weight was lifted off my shoulders because these difficult decisions were not made at a time when the outlook looked grim. Instead, Ron assisted me in putting directives in place while things were going well. After my mother passed, without hesitation, I requested that Ron create and institute a strategy for me. My in-laws used Falco & Associates and Senior Resource Center (SRC) for estate and Medicaid planning and were very happy with the service and the outcomes of their work. So, when my parents needed help in sorting out some estate planning issues created by another law firm, we went right to Falco and SRC.

Attorney Judy Flynn helped us navigate a complex situation and she resolved it in a way that was beneficial to my parents. She and her team also revised all their documents (wills, trusts, etc.) so that they would work in a coordinated way as part of a plan rather than one-off documents. This service is an ongoing one and they update these documents as life situations change.

Most recently, Judy and benefits coordinator Kevin Spitz helped my father become eligible for Medicaid as his health had declined and was in need of nursing home care which is incredibly expensive. Others on the team helped us evaluate nursing homes and how to go about the admissions process. It’s not something we do everyday and it was great to have someone knowledgeable working on your side.
