Greetings!
When I Am Among the Trees

When I am among the trees, especially the willows and the honey locust, equally the beech, the oaks and the pines, they give off such hints of gladness.

I would almost say that they save me, and daily. I am so distant from the hope of myself, in which I have goodness, and discernment, and never hurry through the world but walk slowly, and bow often.

Around me the trees stir in their leaves and call out, “Stay awhile.” The light flows from their branches. And they call again, “It’s simple,” they say, “and you too have come into the world to do this, to go easy, to be filled with light, and to shine.”

Intuitive writing invites each person to open to directions and intuitions that are always moving through us, and to pay attention to what is helpful and for our good. This introduction to intuitive writing presents practises by which each person finds his or her inner voice and learns ways to attend to it.

Guided Retreat: The Enneagram:
A Reflective Journey
The Enneagram, a 9-pointed geometric structure and an ancient self-awareness tool, is a life-giving and de-shaming system for self-exploration that speaks to the questions of being human – Who am I really? Why do I do what I do and how is that different to other people? How can I feel more fulfilled? Why does change sometimes seem so hard? The Enneagram is a marvellous companion on this life-long journey to “true self.” One of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves and others is to use the Enneagram as a map for growth. During this retreat, you will learn about the nine archetypes (different ways of looking at the world) and their unique spiritual journeys. You will explore how they can help you engage in healthy self-awareness and increase your capacity to attend to life’s opportunities and conflicts.
Private or shared room, home-cooked meals and meeting with your facilitator, if desired, are offered as part of these days. COVID protocols followed.

Guided Retreat: Gather, Receive, and Restore: A Contemplative Retreat
We have all endured a time of unexpected demands that played havoc with our usual planned and predictable lives. After all this time of quarantine, confusion, unusual requirements and surprising turns of events, you are invited to come for rest, refreshment, and a sorting out of your experiences with guidance, space and the inner/outer silence which sustains them both.
Private or shared room, home-cooked meals and meeting with your facilitator, if desired, are offered as part of these days. COVID protocols followed.

We are blessed to be able to serve during these times.
Truly our ministry is meeting a need...

During this time of ' in-between' we have been blessed with visitations from foxes, eagles, cardinals, chickadees, sunshine and new warm breezes which remind us of life, warmth, and the hope of spring just around the corner.

May you all be warmed by the promise of all the things which inspire your heart and make you smile...
"We are not powerless in the oppressive situations in which we feel caught. We are not bound to the reality we see.
We are creators.
We can make the new."
