Greetings!
After many months of writing weekly emails, I’ve decided to shift into a monthly newsletter rhythm. The creative current is still strong - it’s simply asking for deeper roots and wider wings. I need to honor that. I hope this first edition meets you in good space 💓.

This month, I wanted to share a rich, mythic piece I’ve been writing about Chiron (Wounded Healer Archetype) and the Linden Tree (The Healing Tree). It was inspired by receiving an unexpected gift of colored pencils!
That writing is still unfolding, as it took me into a tender reckoning with my own story, especially around motherhood, abandonment, and love from a distance.
If you don’t know the myth: Chiron’s mother, Philyra, is transformed by the gods into a Linden tree, and it’s under that very tree that Chiron, abandoned and alone, finds shelter - never knowing that the tree is his mother, silently loving him.
That story has been working me from the inside out.

I’ll share more about that soon, especially how it relates to the evolutionary initiation of motherhood.
I’m developing something for moms who want to understand the soul contract and cosmic timing of their parenting journey.
In my own studies, I see how each child brings a new initiation, and how astrology can support the transformation of worry for our children into wonder at the miracle of life.
It’s part of my heart-call to share this work with those navigating the mother wound.

This Month’s Message Came in a Flash
This morning, I found myself grappling with what to share in this month's email while standing in line at the deli. When I got home, I received the answer.
I wrote a short Substack post about grief, tears, and the quiet power of emotional expression. Sometimes this is how the writing happens—in a flash—right alongside the pieces that take longer than expected.
