MAAF (Media Arts Assistance Fund) with Wave Farm is presenting an award to support New York State based artists to complete and/or publicly present in New York a new or recently completed media artwork. This grant is focused on individual artists in all genres of sound and moving image art.

Media Art Xploration (MAX) invites storytellers, performers, and creative technologists to submit applications to our 2023 MAXmachina lab program. They are looking for projects that expand live performance by using science and technology to explore the promise and the peril of our rapidly changing world. Works developed in MAXmachina will be presented at their new MAXlive festival. There are 7 months dedicated to project development along with an artists stipend.

Art Omi is currently offering multiple residencies for dance and music for 2023. These residencies are an all expense paid residency over a few weeks in Columbia County, New York. There is no artists stipend, but all meals are included. This opportunity is open for artists from around the world.

The Helene Wurlitzer Foundation is offering 10-12 week residencies in 2024 for artists that identify as painters, illustrations, photographers, sculptors, filmmakers, ceramicists, writers, poets, playwrights, screen writers, music composer, and songwriters. This New Mexico residency provides a rent-free and utility-paid house on the foundation's campus and provides a distraction-free environment to focus on artwork. Residency does not offer artist stipends or travel cost.
