"There are many facets of love;

the key is learning to experience

and enjoy the brilliance of each one."

I’ve been pondering the essence of love and it’s many amazing facets. I remember, not too long ago, I had been out in nature and asked God and the angels what they wanted me to know to go through a challenge I was experiencing. As I continued to hike, I came across an area that I always loved to meditate and I saw what looked like a medicine wheel, yet it was not in a circle. I decided to take a closer look and to my amazement in the rocks were written “Love”. It’s awe inspiring to me to receive such succinct messages as I hike in the natural world.

Love really is the essence of all that makes our life sing with joy. I feel it also raises the question - where do you feel at home?

“Love in its essence is spiritual fire.”

— Seneca

I feel love is this multifaceted jewel, where this glorious essence weaves through our life. Whether we’re with loved ones, including our pets, or spending time in activities which bring us joy or sharing our gifts through our passion, it’s all about love. And…it’s love which makes us feel at home.

As well, for me the natural world and all of Earth’s family is where I truly feel at home. As I meander through a forest and other natural areas, I feel a deep kinship with the animals and trees I engage with.

And…if we desire to step into the power of love and home in a deeper dimension….

"The first peace, which is the most important,

is that which comes within the souls of people

when they realize their relationship,

their oneness with the universe and all its powers,

and when they realize that at the

center of the universe dwells the Great Spirit,

and that this center is really everywhere, it is within each of us."
