Dear Must! Family,

As the year draws to a close, I find myself reflecting on where my own understanding of generosity began. For many of us, philanthropy didn’t start with a strategic plan—it started with a person. Someone who modeled giving quietly. Or perhaps someone who “voluntold” us to help, long before we understood why it mattered.

Looking back, I realize that person gave me an extraordinary gift: the gift of giving back. It shaped how I see the world, my responsibility to others, and the joy that comes from contributing to something larger than myself. It may be the greatest gift I’ve ever received.

As you consider the gifts you’ll give this season, I invite you to consider one that gives back—one that carries that same legacy forward.

Warm Regards,

Becky

Leadership Alliance Cohort 2 is officially underway!

From the moment we gathered, it was clear: this group of nonprofit leaders is ready to show up with vulnerability, curiosity, and a deep commitment to growth.

When we launched our inaugural cohort in spring 2024, we witnessed something powerful — leaders willing to invest in themselves so they could better serve others. That experience affirmed what we already knew: when the nonprofit sector is supported, connected, and thriving… our entire community thrives.

That’s why we’re so honored to welcome our cohort 2 leaders.

Each of these leaders has stepped into this cohort with openness and a desire to learn from one another — recognizing that leadership isn’t meant to be done alone. Their willingness to grow together is a testament to the heart they bring to their organizations and the communities they serve.

Here’s to honest conversations, shared learning, collaboration, and the collective impact ahead.

Cohort 2, we’re so grateful for you — and so excited for what’s to come.
